What is Rising Stars Team?
Rising Stars Team is a group of like-minded individuals who believe in helping each other by creating our own financial destiny through giving and receiving gifts.
How can I participate in the Rising Stars Project?
You will need to be invited by a friend, as we are a private online community of like minded people that like to help each other and change not only our own lives but the life of many.
You will commit to be ready to give a one time $50 out of pocket to a friend in our project.
You will commit to invite 2 or more friends to participate in our project that will do the same you did, as we all create a team of 7, You and your 6 friends.
You need to commit to follow the steps suggested and keep giving more from gifts received in order for you to keep receiving more
Do I have to sign any forms?
Yes. We want to make sure everything is in black and white and no confusion on how we should all follow our terms and conditions and respect each other. This will be your gifting statement understanding that you are giving a gift and their is no refund nor do you expect anything from the person you are giving to,
How to receive and send our gifts?
The person receiving will decide how she or he wants to receive your gifts, Ince connected, you both can decide how you like to continue.
In the US we would llike everyone to have, at least 2 ways to receive the gifts. if you are inviting someone from another countries, you are responsible to make sure they have a way to receive and give also. Here in the US, we can use Zelle, CashApp, ... or deposit into the receiver's bank etc..
Can we give to other people another $50 gift?
Yes you can. You would be creating another team of 7 and having to follow the same steps and invite a least 2 friends or more for each team.
Yes you can give as many gifts of $50 to as many people as you want and go help their project.
However, you will need to use a different username for every new $50 gift in our plan 1, as we are allowing you to use a software to keep track of your teams. You can add a 1, 2 3 etc.. at the end of your original username to keep it simple.
How old can someone be to participate?
We would like everyone to be 18 or older, in order to make sure they understand how to follow the steps. We cannot prevent anyone to create a project for their grandkids as long as they inviter monitors and does the work needed to be done to reach our goals. An adult can be Proxy for a
minor and the adult is also responsible to fulfill the commitment to follow the steps and agree to the terms and conditions.
Is this Activity legal?
1. Yes, it is. According to the IRS laws, any individual may give to another individual up to $16,000 in the year 2022 and $17,000 in the year 2023, without incurring any tax liability or having to report it by either party.
2. Please educate yourselves on this topic. Go to youtube and check this tax attorney giving you some of the information you need. Always consult a tax attorney as none of us that are participating in this site creation are expect nor tax advicors etc..

What happens if some in my team of 7 sits there and does not do anything?
You, as the leader of the your team of 7 can discuss with your teammate, what he or she plans to do, and you can decide what to do to make sure your team does not stall.
Or they have already gone to the next opportunity and have not fulfilled their commitment to continue giving as they received and took the gifts and kept them, then not only you as their leader but also the Rising Stars leaders have the option to replace those people or take the position in the team complete out. There is no refunds as we are not a company and the gifts is given voluntarily with no expectations at all. And if they received and did not give again, they will not have the option to come back and use the software for their convenience.
